Blog 1: Snow Days, Snow Days
To keep things simple, we decided to let you talk about your days off for the first blog. What have you been doing to survive all of this snow? Are you reading? Have you been watching TV? Are you doing anything to stay active or are you just sitting around. Tell us about what you’ve been up to. (Due by the end of the day Sunday, February 21 Online or in class on Monday)

What I have doing to surive all these snow days by goin on my laptop reading fanfiction stories, on my myspace,facebook, and going sledding with my cousins. I have been reading almost everyday i have read the Twilight series for like the third time,Vampire acamedy, and Pretty little liars. Yes, i have been also watching tv. I also have been babysitting my yonger brother and a little boy named Daniel. I had earned $30 for two days of babysitting. I also have been wiriting but, you could say typing stories about what elese Twilight. I also have been getting excerise by playing in the snow and getting up to strach from being on the computer on for long hours. Yes I did see Percy Jackson and olympians the lightning thief. I thought it was very good. That is what I did during all of these snow days.
Well what i have been doing for the most part is watching tv. But i also have been going places like on friday i went to the mall with my grandma and a nother day i went to the mall with alyssa hall and caitlyn miller. i also have been active because i went to my uncles roller derby in moundsville. Another thing i have been doing a lot is sleeping! So i have done a lot during the snow days.
when i wasnt sick i was shoveling snow and going sled riding outside. i also hung out with some friends and went to the movies, but i did read. at the begining og the break i finshed breaking dawn and in the middle i break i was reading hunger games. now im done with that and read the sequal to hunger games called catching fire!
I HAVE BEEN WATCHING TV. ALSO I HAVE BEEN GOING OUTSIDE. IM MOSTLY STUCK IN THE HOUSE THOUGH.
Over the break, I hung out with my friends some of the time. Other than that I just sat around. I watched t.v a lot. I read some. I didn't do much. I couldn't go anywhere because of all the snow. So it was pretty boring.
Over our extended weekend, i've mostly been watching the winter olympics and been on my laptop. I love watching the olympics! Some of my favorite sports to watch are the halfpipe, downhill skiing, and speedskating. I've probably gone outside five times. I love climbing on giant snow piles. Recently, I got stuck in the huge piles of snow.It was a fun, but boring brake. Too bad we have to pay for it now.
I went to my Grandma's house for a couple days. Before that I was at home sleeping in,constantly on my laptop,and reading. I was very dissapionted because i finished the first book in the Island series and wanted the second book. It was a very interesting book. I searched everywhere! Even the internet! There was nothing but trails. I was happy to go to school and get the second book.
I hate when it snows, but I like that school is canceled. I have been reading, I just started a new book. I have been attached to it. On days of I have a friend that comes up to my house, and she defiantly keeps me active. Everyday we had to go outside. I got so bored over the break, I just wanted to come back to school.
Over half of my snowbreak,i was with my friends.The other half I was at home.I did stuff like play on the computer,watch t.v,and slept.My break was pretty interesting,huh?
To survive the snow days I put on 3shirts,sweat pants, and like 4 pairs of socks. Just to stay warm outside. When I'm bored and it's to coldto be outside, I sometimes read. Truth is, I love how it keeps snowing and we get to stay home. The snow CAN be fun though. Snowball fights, Snowmen, snow angels. Just about anything(: What sucks, is that we don't have spring break or ISE days anymore. We also have 2 days of our summer break takn out just to make up for how much school we missed.
The days with snow have been boring. Most of the time if I could get out of my lane I went to the Y or just went to someones house. I did not read over the break. I sat on the couch a lot when I was bored and just watched TV. I have been kinda active but kinda not. When I could leave my house I was active but when I was stuck here I just sat around. I didn't go sled riding because it was cold. Most of the break I just hung out with people and went to the Y.

I read watched tv and played with my cousin but im still grounded nothing really i can do except what i did.
I was pretty much stuck at my house with nothing to do. But when I did go outside I went sled riding had snowball fights and built and igloo, endless amounts of snowmen, and forts. I watched the olympics alot. I read some of twilight. And thats pretty much it. Oh yeah I also babysat some.
Well the brake was very fun! i played my dsi,psp,ps2,and more.But, I also got snowed in up at my aunts.She lives on a big hill up in North Wheeling.I also went sled rideing,had to dig my aunt car out of the snow like 20 times,hung out with some friends and more. But,now we are back to school and doing the same un cool but cool stuff again. Also staying strong and learning!
Well I didn't realy do much on the snowdays I did read but the only thing I read was the bible.I did go outside and snowboard a lot but most of the time I was laying around and watching T.V.I did hang with some friends but the snow made it impossible to do anything we couldn't even walk down the road without falling down.But all I realy wanted to do was go back to school so I could see my friends and I hate to say this but I was even starting to miss the teachers not that some of the teachers arn't the bestest teachers ever it's just I don't know!!!
Hey this is Jennifer Hinerman. Well what I was mostly doing during all these snow days off school was going to see my step dad in the hospital. Also I have been shuffaling all the snow on my sidewalk. It probably took me at least 1 and a half hours to get it all cleared everyday. I also had my bffl Tiffany stay at my house. We played in the snow and we also fell in it, it covered us almost all the way because it was a big pial of snow. Well I had others stay different days. The one thing that I loved to do the most was to sit with my mom and sister Jessica and watch scarey movies. So I had so much fun on our days off school.
Well i've been sleding with my friends. Going to my boyfriends house. I have not read at all but i have been getting on my myspace and reading comments on dmyspace so that can be considered reading.Went to the movies and went to a musem it was so stupid.I have been being very active and very warm by drinking hot coco. I have been watching alot of tv cause if it too cold its in doors for me. Well thats what ive been doing.
I like snow days. Although, I only like one or two snow days. What I have been doing to survive all of these snow days is watch tv, go on facebook, or play games on the computer. Sometimes I play wii sport resort when I am really bored. I want to go to school really bad. Only if they are 2 hour-delays.

During my snow break I didnt do anything at first. But I ended up going to abby reeves house one night. Then Elias, Chris, and Abby came over one day. The next weekend I went to the movies twice. I went to see Valentines Day. It was a cute movie. Then I went to see Dear John with Elias on Valentines Day<3. I was disappointed in the movie thought because it was so different from the book and the book was fantastic. I guess I had a pretty nice break overall.
